    Leon Haslam’s workout to prepare to the next season, also at home

    Physical preparation plays a fundamental role in training to compete at the highest levels. Technology, tools and equipment are key, and so is the fitness level, even in sports where athletic performance is not at the core of the discipline.   

    Motorcycle racing is no exception. Once talent, intuition and courage alone made the difference between victory and mediocrity. Nowadays, also riders obsessively take care of every aspect of their physical condition, from nutrition to off-season training. This is an essential element to control fireballs that reach superhuman performances. 

    We asked Leon Haslam, BSB Champion and WSBK™ rider, to give us some tips for training at home without equipment, to keep fit and be prepared for the next ride. Watch and repeat!
